Does the tube you purchased feel empty or “squeezed”? Well, we have answers! Our products are sold on Net Weight, NOT volume, so you can feel reassured that you are purchasing the correct amount of product as the filling process is highly controlled and monitored by our manufacturer. So, what’s the issue? When we created these new formulas in January 2011, we were seeking complete continuity in our packaging look so our products would be easy to recognize across our line. However, we probably out thought ourselves a bit too much in selecting these tubes for this summer. We now realize our mistake and unfortunately until we sell through our existing inventory, we are faced with this dilemma. Next year we will correct this oversight. In the meantime please rest assured that while our tubes may not be as pretty as others on the shelf, what’s inside is really what counts the most, and we’re very confident that ECO Sunscreens will deliver amazing results for you and your family. Also, please be aware that our tubes are completely recyclable, even the caps, so please do so!
